WHAT I'D LIKE TO SEE HAPPEN is that I share my
graphics freely with you for use on your website, and in return you provide a link back to CPCAbilene.com from anywhere on
the site you use these graphics on. Just a text link would be fine, or you can choose one of our Link Back Graphics. The link back can be placed anywhere on your site that is convenient to you and is also easily visible and accesible
to Visitors (even a "Credits" page).
These free graphics may be used in either personal or professional web sites,
but
may not be altered or used in creating other graphics.
Resizing the graphics to fit your site is ok
though and adding your own text to them is fine.
PLEASE do not include them in YOUR graphic collections,
or offer them as YOURS.
Yeah... we know you can take them and not provide
a credit to our site,
and that you could even... Ah! No! commit the horrible, selfish act of linking
to them...
but we sure would Sincerely Appreciate your abiding by our terms of use set forth here.

JUST A FEW BASIC RULES...
I've got to cover all the bases, so I hope you don't mind reading just a liitle bit further.
1. DO NOT LINK DIRECTLY TO THE GRAPHICS
Please DOWNLOAD (save) the graphics to your own computer
TO
DOWNLOAD:
right click on the image and click on "save picture as" -or- "save image as"
Save to a file of your
choice or creation on your computer.
Linking tells the visitor's computer to come to my site to "take" the graphic to show it to them. That
means that my site is being "hit" but no one is actually visiting it. It not only makes it hard to keep accurate visitation
rates, but it also uses valuable bandwidth, and could cause serious problems for me. If I exceed the bandwidth allowance from
the server, then I have to pay for additional bandwidth.
This causes the site to become too expensive to maintain as a free site.

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE GRAPHIC (Hot) LINKING?

2. DO NOT ADD IMAGES "CREATED BY CPC" TO ANY
COLLECTION
OF CLIPART or OFFER THEM AS FREE GRAPHICS
ON YOUR SITE.
These graphics may not be added to any
other collections of clipart made available to the public, either free or for a fee. Adding them to another clipart collection
or use of the graphics in any way not specified on this page would be a VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHT LAWS.
If you do happen
to be surfing the net for clipart, and see any of my created graphics in other collections, I'd appreciate it if you'd send
me an email. They may have picked up the graphic from another site and don't know they aren't supposed to use it in a clipart
collection.
